Return & Refund Policy

DOA (Dead On Arrival) Item 
If the items are Dead On Arrival(DOA), please contact our customer service with proofs like photos or videos within 7 days after Express delivery. Proofs required as below: the original package with the item code and photos or videos showing the malfunctioning of the defective item, make sure the item all brand new without any wear and tear. If these requirements are met, we will pay for the shipping send back, please return the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a functional replacement or item refund. The recommended shipping method is registered airmail with tracking number to ensure that the item does not get lost in transit. 

Shipping Damaged Item

If the items got shipping damage at the time you open the package, please contact our customer service with proofs like photos or videos within 3 days after delivery. Proofs required as below: the original package with the item code and photos or videos showing the shipping damage part of the item, make sure the item does not have any other man-made damage and without any wear and tear. If the damage part does not affect the use of the item, we will offer some compensantion on the case. If the damage part affect the use of the item, please refer to the details on DOA (Dead On Arrival) Item.

Defective Item

If the item turns out to be a defective one (none man-made damage) within 30 days after delivery, please contact our customer service with proofs like photos or videos to describe the case. Proofs required as below: the original package with the item code and photos or videos showing the malfunctioning of the defective item, make sure the item all brand new without any wear and tear. After the case is confirmed, you can return the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a functional replacement or item refund,otherwise we can repair only.

If the items are defective after a period of usage but still within the warranty time(none man-made damage), you can send us the proofs like photos or videos to describe the case and get the defective item be forwarded to a factory for repairs. For the above two situation, customers pay for the shipping send to us and we will pay to return it back to you. If the items are defective after the warranty time, you are responsible for paying all costs incurred. Customers pay the fees that may occur due to customs duties.

Wrong Item Received

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service with photos or videos of the different item within 5 days after delivery. If a return is necessary, please return the item back in the original package without any wear and tear. The correct item and the returning shipping cost will be sent to you on receiving the returned item. The recommended shipping method is registered airmail with tracking number to ensure that the item does not get lost in transit. Or if you could take it, we will offer a special discount for buying it. 


Unsatisfied Purchase

If the items works but you do not wish to retain it, or for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in 7 days in its original package with the receipt for a refund or a exchange if the return is not caused by MustHD ‘s error. We charge 12% of the item’s fee as restocking and handling fee during a refund, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement. The recommended shipping method is registered airmail with tracking number to ensure that the item does not get lost in transit.

Please note that shipping fee is not refunded.Please do contact us to get the correct returning address when you are planning to return a purchase ( DO NOT USE THE ADDRESS ON THE SHIPPING LABEL NOR ON THE WEBSITE)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
In your account center, if the order payment status says “pending payment” or “pending”, you can just leave it there or contact us to cancel it.
If the order is paid, but the shipment status says “unshipped” then please contact us to cancel the order and get a refund. Once the shipment status says “shipped”, we are unable to cancel the order while you will still be able to send it back within a 7 day period for a refund. We charge 12% of the item’s fee as restocking and handling fee during a refund, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement. The recommended shipping method is registered airmail with tracking number to ensure that the item does not get lost in transit. Please note that shipping fee is not refunded.

Refund Policy

The customer is responsible for paying all customs' duties, tax charges & carrier brokerage fees for the product.
No shipping charges will be refunded, including shipping charges for returning the product.
If the item is refused by the purchaser upon delivery, MustHD will deduct any additional ship-back charges and customs charges from the refund.
If the item 
has been more than 15 days since the purchaser received the product(s), the item must be returned and tested by MustHD prior to refund, and a restocking fee of 12% will apply.
